Overview
Shopify Scraper helps you find Shopify store owners by niche. Enter keywords such as gaming, fashion, or skincare, and Metudo searches the web for matching Shopify stores, verifies each site, and extracts public contact details for outreach or CRM import.
This actor is built for e-commerce lead generation: agencies, suppliers, and founders use it to discover store owners with emails, phone numbers, and social profiles.
How it works
- Set search criteria — Add one or more niche keywords (e.g. gaming, fashion, beauty) and set Maximum Results for how many store leads you want.
- Apply lead filters — Use Must Have Email Address, Must Have Phone Number, and Exclude Duplicates to keep only actionable leads.
- Run the actor — Click Save & start. Metudo searches the web for each keyword, visits candidate websites, and confirms Shopify stores using multiple technical fingerprints before extracting data.
- Review and export — When the run finishes, open Exports to download your CSV file with store owner leads.
Pricing & credits
Metudo uses a simple credit model: 1 credit = 1 lead. Each verified Shopify store returned counts as one lead and uses one credit from your plan balance.
Example: collecting 100 store leads uses 100 credits. If your plan includes 1,000 credits, you can collect up to 1,000 leads before needing to upgrade or purchase more credits.
You can set a Maximum credit per run in Run options to cap spend on large jobs. Credits are only consumed for results actually returned — filtered-out records do not count.
What you get in each lead
Each record typically includes:
- Store name and store URL
- Email address (when discoverable from public pages)
- Phone number (when publicly listed)
- Instagram and Facebook profile URLs
- Approximate product count
- Source URL — where the store was discovered
Export & next steps
After a successful run, your results are saved in Metudo Exports. From there you can:
- Download CSV — Import directly into Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM.
- Use the API — Pull results programmatically for custom pipelines and automations.
- Re-run with new filters — Clone your last input, tweak keywords, and launch again.
Tip: start with a small Maximum Results value (e.g. 25–50) to validate your keywords before scaling to larger lists.
Best practices
- Use specific niche keywords ("streetwear fashion" vs. "clothes") for higher-quality matches.
- Combine Must Have Email or Must Have Phone when you need contact-ready leads.
- Enable Exclude Duplicates when running multiple similar keywords.
- Always comply with local laws and platform terms when contacting store owners.
