Metudo Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 6, 2026

1. Subscription Services

Metudo provides AI-powered productivity services on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For first-time subscribers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent renewals or if the user has violated the Terms of Service.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical Failures: If a verified technical error on our part prevented you from using the Service for an extended period.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a processing error.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee or for a billing error, please contact our support team at support@metudo.com with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Changes to Fees

Metudo reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect.
