Terms of Service for Metudo

Effective Date: April 10, 2026 Welcome to Metudo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Metudo’s website, AI software, and related services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Metudo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our AI tools for professional and personal purposes, provided you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and current information.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

• User Content: You retain ownership of the input data you provide. By using Metudo, you grant us a license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services for you.
• Metudo Property: The software, branding, logos, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Metudo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Metudo to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes discrimination.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the software.
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service without prior authorization.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features may require a subscription or one-time payment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Metudo reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice to users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Metudo services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to "Make it Happen," we do not guarantee that the AI outputs will be error-free, accurate, or fit for a specific purpose. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metudo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated results.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Metudo at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
